What is Professor / student?
Professor/student (or teacher/student) is a staple authority fantasy: the eroticized power gap between someone in charge and someone eager to please or be disciplined. Detentions, "extra credit," strict correction — the scenario writes itself.
It's a cousin of boss/secretary and other taboo authority scripts, and often uses a schoolgirl or academic costume to set the scene.
