What is Lactation?
Lactation play is aroused by breast milk and nursing. For some it's the deep intimacy and nurturing of adult nursing; for others it ties into breeding and pregnancy fantasies, or the fuller, sensitive breasts that come with it. It borders the hucow and milking themes.
Actual lactation can be induced (with effort and patience) or is present postpartum, but plenty of the kink is fantasy and roleplay.
