We respect intellectual-property rights and the rights of individuals. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and act promptly to remove infringing or non-consensual content.

Filing a copyright notice

If you believe content on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes:

• your name, address, telephone number, and email;
• identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• the URL(s) of the specific content on this Site you want removed, in enough detail for us to locate it;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

Note: under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice can subject you to liability for damages.

Non-consensual or private imagery

If content depicts you and you did not consent to it being created or shared (including intimate images shared without consent), email dmca@kinkyorvanilla.com or use the ⚑ report control on the post. We prioritize these reports and remove verified content quickly — you do not need to own a copyright to have such content removed.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent including: your contact information and signature; identification of the removed content and its former location; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, together with your consent to jurisdiction as required by the DMCA. We may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
